Are there
doubts using wooden
packages for food..?
Not at all because
we only use high-quality materials (solid
a/o panels) which is undoubtable free
from evaporations of formaldehyde
a/o other solvents. Our suppliers
of stains and varnishes guarantee
this with the supplied datasheets of
their safety regulations.
The
difference between stained
and varnished
products..?
Stain tints
the surface of wood by getting soaked
up, intensifying
the wood's structure. Varnish
refines its surface (mat or shiny
finish) and protects against dirt
and humidity. Tinted varnishes, depending
from appliance, either cover the
wood's structure with its pigments
or let it slightly show through.
May on wooden products be printed..?
Of course we
can apply any kind of imprints.
If You put a draft, litho or clichée
at our purposal, we may imprint our
products either uni or multicolor.
On demand, imprints by punch or
branding-iron are available as
well.
Which joins are used for wood-processing..?
Traditionally we
use joins with dowel, tenon and
glued joins. For our products we
normally use joins by tenons,
as well as nailed joins.
